Nelipe is a Bristol-based outsourced cold sales team, built to run outbound calling and prospecting for companies that would rather not staff and manage this function in-house. We work from an office on Whiteladies Road and have been doing this since 2015.
Nelipe was set up in 2015 by two former in-house sales managers who kept being asked the same question by small and mid-sized companies around Bristol: "Can someone else just make these calls for us?" At the time, most cold outreach was either handled badly by generalist call centres or left undone because nobody in the business had the time for it.
We started with a single client and a shared desk, working through cold lists by hand. Over the following eleven years the model stayed the same in principle — trained callers, clear scripts, honest reporting — even as the team grew to 20 people and the number of served districts expanded to 2 across the wider Bristol area.
Our mission is straightforward: give businesses in and around Bristol access to a cold sales function without the cost and management overhead of hiring, training and supervising an in-house team. We are not a marketing agency and we do not promise particular conversion figures — what we offer is a disciplined, repeatable calling operation that reports clearly on what happened on every call.
We see cold outreach as a process that can be measured and adjusted, not a one-off campaign. That is why we track call volumes, outcomes and follow-ups job by job, and why we keep our client base small enough that every account gets attention from a named point of contact rather than a rotating queue.
Clients receive call logs and outcome summaries, not just a monthly headline number.
We describe what the calling process involves and what it typically produces, without guaranteeing results we cannot control.
The same script discipline and quality checks apply whether a job runs for two weeks or two years.
We ask for the offer, target audience and any existing lead data. Most enquiries get a reply within 2 hours during business hours.
A call script is drafted and a working list of contacts is assembled or refined from data the client already holds.
A short initial batch of calls is run so the script and targeting can be adjusted before full volume begins.
Calling continues on an agreed schedule, with outcomes logged after every conversation.
Results are reviewed with the client at set intervals, and the approach is adjusted for the next phase if the job continues.
Since 2015, our team has handled outbound calling for businesses across trades, professional services, retail suppliers and local service providers around Bristol. Across 1,893 completed jobs, we have worked with roughly 1,100 separate clients, and close to a third of them have come back for a second or later project — usually once an initial batch of calls has been completed and reviewed. Our current team of 20 includes callers, script writers and account coordinators who split time between two service areas, keeping caseloads manageable rather than spreading the same people across every corner of the region.
We keep our service list to seven defined offerings, from lead qualification calls to appointment setting, so that each caller works within a small set of formats they know well rather than juggling too many different call types at once. That focus is part of why clients can expect a reply to a new enquiry within about two hours during our working week, Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:30.
Tell us about your target audience and current lead data, and we will outline how a project would run.
